How to publish and share an activity with students?

Learn how to publish your assessment and share it with students in seconds.

Once your assessment is ready, publishing and sharing it with students is very simple.

How to publish

  1. Inside the assessment, click "Publish" in the top right corner.
  2. Configure the options you want:
    • Opening and closing date and time;
    • Duration and opening tolerance;
    • Immediate feedback — whether you want the student to see their result when they finish;
    • Security — screen lock to prevent the student from leaving the test;
    • Grade presentation — quantitative or qualitative.
  3. Click "Next" — an access link will be generated.
  4. Share the link with students — they can access it directly through the browser, with nothing to install.
Tip: Before publishing, use the "Preview" option to check exactly what students will see.
