How to publish and share an activity with students?

How to schedule and assign:

1. Open the assessment and click "Schedule" in the top right corner.

2. Configure the options you want:

   • Date and time of opening and closing;

   • Duration and opening tolerance;

   • Immediate feedback - whether you want the student to see their result when they finish;

   • Security - real-time screen monitoring while the assessment is being taken;

   • Grade presentation - quantitative or qualitative.

3. Click "Next" - an access code and an access link are generated for the assessment.

4. Share one of the options with your students (see below). Students access it directly through the browser, with nothing to install.

Options for sharing the assessment:

• Access code - a 6-character code (e.g. FE8 PTS). Click "Copy code" and share it with your students, for example by writing it on the board. To join, the student opens intuitivo.pt, clicks "Access code", enters the code and clicks "Enter".

• Access link - click "Copy link" and share it by email, by projecting it on the board or through a platform you usually use. The student opens the link and goes into the assessment.

Tip: Before publishing, use the "Preview" option to experience the assessment as a student.
