How to create a group to share or organise content?

Groups allow you to organise your content by class, year or subject, and share materials with other teachers easily.

Creating a group

1. Go to the Groups page in the sidebar.
2. Click "Create Group".
3. Give the group a name (e.g. "Year 9 - Maths").
4. If you wish, add the email addresses of teachers you want to share content with.
5. Click "Create".

What you can do inside a group

Within each group, you can:

• View and add assessments, exercises and rubrics;
• See who has access to the group;
• Remove or grant access to teachers whenever needed.
