How does the screen lock work during an assessment?

Learn how to activate and monitor security during tests — no apps, no complex setup.

Intuitivo includes a screen lock feature designed specifically for web platforms — no need to install apps or perform complex configurations. The approach is based on real-time monitoring and active deterrence, making the process simpler for teachers and more transparent for students.

How to activate — teacher's side

  1. When publishing an assessment, enable the security option with a single click.
  2. From that point on, the platform handles everything automatically.

What happens — student's side

  1. When entering the test, the student is warned that the security measure is active.
  2. Once confirmed, the test enters full-screen mode.
  3. If the student tries to exit full screen or switch tabs, they receive an immediate warning stating that:
    • The teacher has been notified;
    • The time spent outside the test is being recorded;
    • They should return to the test immediately.

Real-time monitoring — teacher's side

On the assessment page, there is a Monitoring tab where you can see in real time:

  • Which students have left the test;
  • How long each student was outside.

This information remains available even after the assessment closes, allowing a full review of all events that occurred during the test.

Summary: No apps. No setup. One click to activate.
