How to create an assessment?

Step-by-step guide to creating tests and worksheets in Intuitivo, from setup to publishing.

The first step is to go to the Assessments page, where you can view your full history and create new ones whenever you like.

Creating a new assessment

  1. Click "Create assessment".
  2. Select "Manual" or "Import" — if you have an assessment in Word or PDF format, you can import it directly into the platform.
  3. Give the assessment a name.
  4. Choose the assessment type: Test or Worksheet.
  5. Set the grading type: Classic, Rubric, or No grade.
  6. Select a group (if applicable) and click "Create" to proceed.

Building the assessment

Once created, you can add content in two ways:

  • New exercise — create an exercise from scratch directly in the assessment;
  • Exercises from bank — reuse exercises you have already created.

Publishing and sharing

When the assessment is ready, click "Publish", fill in the necessary options (date, time, duration, opening tolerance) and an access link will be generated to share with students.
